If you mean by included in your monthly fees then many communities do but I don't believe the villages is one of them

If you have the villages health system insurance, at least one of these has SILVER SNEAKERS which will get you into the 24/7 health centers (as I recall), otherwise, you are looking at a monthly fee.

Go & join MVP, the facilities are staffed with well trained professionals--its worth the extra $ , in case something goes wrong--they saved the life a man in a spinning class--worked on him for over 20 minutes before the EMT's got to him--he would have been dead if he was in a rec center --"GYM"

Nope. But if health and fitness are important to you, $50 per month at MVP is a great investment.

Planet Fitness in Leesburg is a better deal at $10 per month. Very clean and all the machines you could want.

if you put a free sing on anything anywhere near the villages, the crowd around it would probably be big enough to show up on satellite photos.

My accountant in our home town referred to it as the land of the "C" word and the "F" word----cheap and free:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

We used to belong to the Villages health club at Colony, but found the facility to be overcrowded, especially during the high season. I couldn't get in enough time in on the aerobic equipment to make it worthwhile. Plus it had limited hours. This year we joined 24/7 Fitness over in Wildwood, on 301 near Rainey Trail. They have locker rooms, great equipment, and it is not as busy. Plus its open 24 hours/day, so if I wake up early, say 5:00 a.m. and feel like going to workout, I can. They run specials every now and then, but I think their regular prices are a little cheaper than the Villages. I think they give you 1 week for free if you want to try it.
