Long term contract (6 months min.) $1,800 furnished.
Water, trash, and amenities fee included.
Contract will only be written for a single person or one couple. No smoking in or outside of premises, no pets.
$150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit and the remaining will be returned within 15 days of departure & inspection of the property.
Resident ID Cards optional, $50. Card provides access to all Village facilities. Recommended for golfers.
