Shell stopping Winn Dixie Fuel Perks?

I was at the Colony Shell getting gas and went inside to purchase some other things and the owner of the store told me that Shell will no longer be accepting WinnDixie Fuel Perks soon. I was surprised and wondered if anyone else has been told that by him and if anyone knows who will be accepting the winndixie fuel perks as Shell is the only place I know of that does so or if WinnDixie is stopping them all together? I must make it a point to inquire at the service desk at WinnDixie when I am in next, just thought I would ask here as I see no reason why the owner would tell me that if it wasn't so.

I wonder if he's confused. I read a label on another Shell station pump and it just said they were discontinuing FNC fuel perks. Didn't mention Winn Dixie.

It will be a great day when the new Wal Mart gas station goes in across from Colony.

The Colony gas station is a rip off charging more for credit cards and their prices are way out of line when compared to the stations on 466, the same goes for the Marathon @ Pinellas--22 cents a gallon difference --go to gas buddy to avoid getting fleeced

If I'm not mistaken, that particular Shell has not accepted WD points in the past as well.

Hope so. The shell at Colony under its present owner is a pain in the a--. He has no customer service instincts at all. Competition might help to improve his approach to those who patronize his establishment.

I have a card I've tried at 3 different Shell stations and no go. Program done next month but Shell starting early. Winn Dixie should have decency to tell their faithful consumers that instead of pushing points that are useless.

We use our Winn Dixie card points at the shell stations on Route 466. Got 20 cents off per gallon yesterday on 14 gallons of gas.

Used it last week at Colony no problem. Also use the Shell Gift Cards that Publix sells once a month then you automatically get the cash price and you don't have to worry about skimmers attacking your regular Credit Cards.

We always buy those Shell cards at Publix! We use the WD fuelperks rewards while snowbirding here and use the Shell cards on the ride back North. We save all the way around!

Was told ATM Winn Dixie Shell did not renew the contract so we would need to use our credit by the end of April. WinnDixie is going to a program called Plenti.

'I tried the one beside Dunkin Donuts on two different occasions and didn't work. After the second time I went in and asked and was told I have to come into store to scan card. Haven't been back.

On Gas credits we found the Shell at/ Near Lowes in SS is very good for the handling of credits.

We found the Colony is totally messed up most of the time and we will NOT go there for anything.

We also found that Colony will fake it, long story but you do not get the credit,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Stay away from there, it depends on who is on duty and it can be bad, even mistakes in the change coming back.

Just gassed up with Shell on 466 and got $.45 per gallon credit using Winn-Dixie Fuel Perks. However there is a sign on the fuel pump stating "the provider" of fuel perks has stopped the program effective April 30, 2017...So all Winn-Dixie Fuel perks must be used by April 30th.
