Seriously, I can't tell legally. There will be people (land lords that used a particular company) that are able to speak up and finally have there day in court . They will know it was meant for them that's what's important

There were actually 3 real estate stories. You have obviously never got caught in a bad contract. It will mean a lot to the people who were robbed by this company

There are past posts about this company and you can learn a lot by reading . Just wanted to share my joy They are getting caught. They hurt so many landlords . I know they are evil and will not jeopardize us that we're commanded not to speak unless we would pay the company a stiff fine every time we did. That was to get out of a contract. Others were not as lucky but their day has come. Look it up with the DPRG, Seniors against crime etc you'll find it there and don't be so nasty and respect that we remain afraid. They have given us good reason. They are litigation happy and would sue you for reading this

The news report indicated that several people got ripped off by a company named VIR.. they signed contracts allowing that company to rent their properties. In the villages. And we're allegedly not paid what they were owed. From what I remember they were owed amounts varying from 2000 to 8000 dollars.

The company alleges that the contracts entitled them to withhold the monies for repairs and other items listed in the contract. One of the owners blamed his former partner but the report indicated the remaining owner has been stripped of his fl real estate license.

No mention of restitution or criminal charges from what I saw.

Sounds like a very one sided contract.. be nice to see a blank one..

Rental companies should be honest and have integrity. Something sounds amiss with VIR, especially when they are giving up their real estate licenses...
