HELP needed to post Item For Sale w/picture

I am trying to post an Item for Sale and attach a picture. Although I don't think the picture size is too big I keep getting an error message, "Security Token Was Missing" and my picture is too big. Can someone talk me through the procedure. Thank You.

I find it easier to post the add on Craigslist then post the link on TOTV.

what size is your picture, and in what format (jpg, bmp)?

We tried 2 photos - both jpeg. one was 4617 kb, the other 3795 kb.
