Texas landowners on the Mexican border will have to accept a federal government payment for their land or have their land taken by imminent domain.....BTW, the EPA does not own any land.....

Land owners on the border will gladly donate space for his wall. Many have been interviewed and they are tired of trespassers destroying their property and stealing from them. Better come up with a new track to run on. You libtards work so hard to damage America, because you are so miserable.
