America peaked in the 50s. It's been downhill ever since. Agreed? We ranked #1 in most things back then. Economy, education, happiness, nearly everything it WAS America is #1.

Now? How would YOU describe America? Still #1? No...not any more. We've dropped to around #25 is just about everything. The Northern European countries...some Asian countries...they're all ahead of us now in economy, education, happiness.

The US may still have the worlds largest economy but it's mostly fake. It's on life support kept alive by over $1 trillion of borrowing each year. What consumes $1 trillion? "Defense" and Welfare. "Defense" allows us to keep our boot on everyone's neck so they stay in line. And welfare is slowly draining the life of the economy. Over half the population gets SOMETHING from the government. Be it SS, welfare, subsidies, etc. It is NOT sustainable. The growing poor population is not sustainable.

Education has been falling since the 60s too as we began to lower standards so women and minorities could "qualify". They've been steadily falling ever since... The reason the standards have HAD to fall is because everyone ISN'T equal. Some races ARE better than others in different things. Blacks ARE better football players, they ARE better basketball players...but they're not good at management and other skills that whites are better at. Blacks are emotional and easily distracted, whites are self governing and calculating. We are VERY different in thought, action, anatomy, and genetics. We are NOT the same. We're from the same family like wolves and dogs, but we're NOT the same.

Happiness? We're at each others throat. This isn't the 50s white world of Norman Rockwell...this is the growing of the inner city ghettos. Why do you think all us affluent white people have retreated into the bubble? To keep away from "them". Those who infest a school or neighborhood and slowly destroy it.

Sex is binary...that means there are TWO and ONLY two forms. Male, Female. There is NO "half and half". Not NORMALLY. Of course there are "freaks" who are born ABNORMALLY. They have more than one copy of the sex chromosome. XXX, XXY, XYY, etc. It's rare, less than 1%.

1. I never met to call Gracie a liar. Fact is, I soft pedaled my response. If I was in error, I apologize, however, I vividly recall Gracie inviting my wife and I to dinner with her, you and your wife and two others if memory serves. The movie where they showed the white male engineers as complete idiots who couldn't see a single wire...an OBVIOUS wire "in the wrong place". The movie that expected you to believe that she's hanging around in the computer room, NOBODY else around fiddling with it, and they let her? They don't notice? They don't care that some black lady is messing with their new multimillion dollar toy that they NEED to get operational to work trajectories and such.

The movie was a farce. More delusions for women to believe. And gullible women believe it.

Yes, I'm dead serious...I was required to show my drivers license.

I even mentioned that I had never heard of doing that either...even when I was a mod on another site.

The admin didn't state why I had to identify myself, but from Graceless' nasty PM's...I knew what it was about.

Apparently someone named 'Lou' had been banned and she kept throwing a hissy fit that I was him...apparently signing up under another user name. :oops:

Once I proved to the admin's that she was full of $hit, they were good enough to basically tell her to...'go jump in a lake.' :D

I have read posts this morning about Trump not caring about what people think of him, UFO's clarifying things, people required to show id to be a part of this forum because of whatever, and nobody talks about our military, our Presidents claims or tweeting, the proposed budgets, health care, etc.

I am very very uncomfortable on here. Has everyone lost touch with reality ?

Has the gestapo arrived on TOTV and we now are going with UFO's, calling everyone fake news, and embracing the Russian way of life ? Is political discussion now about simply trashing anyone who disagrees with us no matter how many people you defame ? Must we now fear what we say on this forum, lest we be taken to task because a select few see this as theirs ?

When this forum first started, it was pretty interesting and there was meaningful discussions. Now, it has just become a personal attack site against each other in many cases. Very little civil discussion about actual politics, but simply rants about racism, sexism, each other, one side vs the other, insults, and the list goes on. It reminds me of the so-called "debates" prior to elections. Apparently, none of the ones involved in those debates, including the moderators, has a clue as to what an actual "debate" is.

Folks, we're all AMERICANS and should conduct ourselves as such. We're so fortunate to live in a country where we're all free to have our own opinions, whether those opinions are right or wrong, and voice them. Why can this not be done without all the name calling, accusations, and outing of posters? I don't care if people know who I am, but this forum was set up based on the premise of anonymity, so how about keeping it that way. With or without anonymity, I am who I am and will still be me, regardless of what anyone else thinks of me.

I came into this forum to try and learn more about politics, to see and understand things from others points of view. Not everyone agrees with their own party, if they even have one, nor do those elected to represent us agree with everyone there. That's where compromise comes in, not gridlock, and should be the same here. No one, from the President (any President, any side or no side) on down, is 100% right or wrong, but is the President. You don't like it, then take it up with your Representatives. That's their job and they sometimes need to be reminded that they are there to represent US, not themselves. Just don't hatefully take it up with people on here. We are all equally important. You don't have to agree with me, nor I you, but we should all respect one another.
