Does anyone here in the villages have a tankless hot water heater here in the Villages? and who did the work?.........thanks....WESTY

I know Kiley Plumbing sells them, They have units that go under the sink just for doing your dishes and stuff.
They also have units that can do the whole house. If you want one that does the whole house, with out a doubt, try to get one that's ran on gas, from the utility.
You will just need a 120v Ckt for the starter.
If you buy one that's only electric for the whole house, you most likely would need a panel upgrade because of the amount of electricity that is used.

The Insta Hot that is gas works wonderful!!
