Adding Bathroom for Lanai

Has anyone added a bathroom with access through the lanai? We have a pool and have seen a few premiers with outdoor baths that can be accessed through the lanai as well as inside of home. I love the concept but having a hard time finding contractors who do this type of work.

Any suggestions?
