don't know what your age or marital status is but there is also single baby boomers, single golfers (look in Thurs. list of clubs) juliets is a women's group that has golf outings (can join on Wednesdays at 2pm at Cody's in Lake Sumter Landing)

The single golfers club is meeting at Seabreeze Rec Center on April 8th at 9:30 AM. There will be a new membership drawing, as the club is full. I have been trying to join for several years,

I tried to find the web site and was unable to. Might be worth a trip just to see what the status of being able to join.
