If you have recently purchased a 2017 Yamaha quiettech gas golf cart, could you please share your shopping experience? Did you look at both Villages Golf Car store as well as Carts and Clubs up in Ocala? How did the products and prices compare?

Test drove one the other day and they are noticeably quieter with a smoother ride.

After going to Brownwood and Colony, I purchased my cart from Carts and Clubs. They work with you on the price and are cheaper. Speak with Dale (he works Mon - Wed). Tell him Bill Miller sent you. (I think I get a gift certificate or something) :-) Good luck with your selection.

Carts and Clubs; you will get more for your money; speak to David. I bought my '15 there and my wife is getting her new '17 there.

Just bought mine at Carts and Clubs just recently as did quite a few of my friends. If you do a search on TOTV, you will find some very long threads of the yamaha 2017. As well as the differences between the two retailers. Carts and Clubs offers some extras as better prices on upgraded seats, and was great to deal with. I would suggest you search the topic on here as there has already been a lot said. And Dave Johnson at Carts and Clubs is wonderful to deal with.

Bought mine at C&C after comparing how each is built. C&C are in the Villages everyday day for service and repair. My last one was from C&C, and there were no issues

Another vote for Carts and Clubs. Dave Johnson, salesman. They have a few extras the others do not provide. They also provide a referral incentive for customers. If you want to mention us: Jim and Kathy Lupini.

If you're covering all the bases, then one of the biggest advertisers in The Sun is Village Discount Golf Cart. Quite few posters have mentioned getting carts there. They say they'll give you a lot more for your money because of the way they customize the carts. They are on 466 a block east of Morse in the tan colored shopping center next to Birdie Golf. Here's their link:

Mentioned on TOTV a couple of months ago was a few posters have said they have gone 15 miles south to Webster Florida to I-4 Power Equipment. The last two people said they saved $2,000 going there. Here's a link to them.

I have a cart on order from Webster, the savings are what has been mentioned, I think Ocala does a few nice things and seem to be the innovators but too much money difference to sway me

Is Webster an authorized Yamaha dealer or are they purchasing them elsewhere?
