How to contact Customer Service at Brighthouse (Spectrum)

I tried several numbers that I have but all are busy. The email and live chat are not working. I was watching a show that I had on DVR and all of a sudden a message came up to call a number that I did not have access to a channel. We rebooted the DVR twice but get the E-3 error. Can not get the DVR or TV to work. The other two tvs do work. Anyone know how to contact them?
