I'd love to hear opinions on our Country Club Restaurants. Which are your favorites, which are not and why. I'm always looking for a consistently good place for dinner.

IMHO
1&2 - LOPEZ & CANE GARDEN
Lopez is more expensive but I like both for food. The Lobster bisque is great at Cane & the Mushroom Brie is equally great at Lopez

3 - Mallory
4 - Palmer
5 - Glenview
6 - Tierra del Sol
7 - Havana
8 - Hacienda Hills
9 - Orange Blossom Gardens

1&2&3&4&5 are consistent with food & service
6 - used to have a great brunch - now not so much (Katie Bells is still the value).

7 - has been off & on
8 - overpriced and not that good
9 - stay away unless you're going for a burger at the tiki bar

Pretty much agree with the list. Havana was better but is just OK now, but might move it up one slot. And Palmer used to be a little better, but might move it down one slot. Overall I would rank them about the same as aln.

We love Cane Garden. Really great burgers, but my favorite thing to order is the coconut shrimp. Yum! Cane Garden seems a little more casual than Lopez and Palmer CC's.

We've heard really good things about Lopez, too. Unfortunately, the only time we ate there we weren't impressed. I suspect we just ordered the wrong thing. We had a lunch special featuring bottomless soup and salad, and it really wasn't great. The restaurant itself is very attractive.

When we were at TV on a life style package, we were treated to quite a wonderful meal at Arnold Palmer's. I thought it was really nice, but perhaps more of a special occasion place.
