For once, a public official didn't hesitate to say what many people might have been thinking, without dancing around a stupid question. Too bad it didn't happen right here in the USofA in response to some stupid question from the U.S. media.

LOL I'm surprised she didn't pick up the nearest object and heave it at the person who asked the question. Her temper is notorious....but she did a good job of containing it during the campaign.

It's called "lost in translation". BTW, Hilliary does have a pretty good approval rating compared to Obama.

I hope that's a life preserver for a sinking ship like the Titanic.

What a downer when the truth ruins a good story. It really was "lost in translation."
The questioner asked what "the president" thought and the interpreter turned that into "President Clinton."
Nevertheless, as she heard the question, her reaction was just what we'd like to see from our public officials occasionally.

Plus, I kinda liked her new hairstyle. Relaxed, informal. I wonder how she would have been as President.

While I'm not a Hillary fan, I don't think she lost her temper. I think she sound annoyed and that was the tone she used.
Good for her.

Maybe that's another good excuse for women not to take their husband's name when they marry. I took my husband's name and I'm glad I did; but if I planned to be a professional women, I may have given it a second thought. I know it's a lot easier for the family to have one name, but somehow all of these other women who have retained their own name have made it work. It's a way of having a separate identity apart from your husbands and gives one an opportunity to make your own mistakes. Yes, Hiliary is aggressive, but when you're in a job like her's; you don't want a man or women to be a wimp. Women who like Hiliary like the fact that she's a straight shooter and a hard worker. And honestly if I were in her shoes, looking tired and having a "bad hair" day, I might have had the same response. Apparently everyone involved "made up" at the end. End of story.
