summer kitchens are allowed on the lanai , no.
Any idea who would build a wall . T & D Pools was mentioned by sales rep.

Two recommendations:

Install a hood to remove smoke.

Install burners to use as a back up if the electrical service is out in a storm.

it seems that drop in bbq and vents are extreamly expensive . whats with that.
does town req vent to go up thru roof line

Bailey's Industries in the Albertson Plaza made the cabinets for my summer kitchen. I did everything else myself. Bought the grill and the vent hood in Ocala. Saved$$. The cabinets were very nice that they built and installed for me. Bought the little fridge on the web, but you could buy one at Sam's. It's on the lanai and sure is great when it's raining. We grill several times a week. I actually also have a Weber grill outside of the birdcage. Chicken is the messiest thing there is to grill. So much fat! Our grill is a Vermont Castings and is rated #1. There is a dealer in Ocala. The only mistake I made was buying the largest grill. Buy a smaller one if it works for you.
