The other option if you have trouble with the website, you can stop by the building department (Pinellas Plaza) and ask them to email plans to you. Mine were about 16 pages long, and are in PDF format. If you want electronic format so you can use in a CAD system be prepared to spend at least $250, and you have to contact the engineering firm directly. I have found these to be very useful for various projects.

Try this:

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=5&ved=0ahUKEwiE2vTKyqHTAhXEwVQKHZHpCf4QFghFMAQ&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.websitebox.com%2Ffile%2F1796% 2FVillages_FLOOR_PLAN__7-2014_by_Style_-_Alphabetical.pdf&usg=AFQjCNFRM-wcdcNu84DxSZMtAkVwPLRWew&cad=rja

It is easier if you know the model name of your home.

Go to eTRAKiT (https://etrakit.sumtercountyfl.gov/eTRAKiT3/Search/permit.aspx)
select search by Site Address, put in your address. As your house is so new you should see the plans under a permit number BD2016-xxxx. You should see a file with your unit and lot number followed by "_Permit_Plans_Sealedscbd.pdf"
That should give you all the plans you are looking for.

The people in the building department are very nice and helpful.

Someone in this thread said that knowing the model could make it easier. That might not always be the case because you will find variations in each model--expansions or stretches, window design affecting floor plans, etc.

If you cannot find your specifics, the Pinellas Plaza office can and will help you.

When we had our home built we got a set of construction drawings from home warranty for $200.
