My mom will not be going to see Dr. Cai anymore. She met with her 3 times. Mom wanted to give her another chance. My mother is elderly and hoped for a doctor that would understand the problems she faces. When I went one time, I caught the dr rolling her eyes at her nurse when Mom asked a question. I was out of town last week when Mom had her appt. A friend went with her and agreed that she is not the one for Mom. I am happy that some people like her but not my mom.

Not happy with her. Always trying to get me into the office for a consult, which means another fee. Wants me to see her twice a year... when I lived up north I saw the doctor yearly. I am in good health.

I do find that many of docs in this area try to get you in more often. Our current PCP wants appts scheduled every 3 months, which is certainly overkill and just one of the reasons we're changing. Thanks for you input, and we will be watching out for that.

I went to her many years ago. I wasn't happy with her. I sat in the waiting room for about 1/2 hour past my time and then I asked how much longer, they said they forgot to pull my chart. I was sitting right in front of them.
When I finally got in to see her, I didn't feel she was even listening to anything I said. 1 and done.
