You forgot one. There were three yahoos in souped up carts racing each other on Buena Vista this morning. Two of them passed a slower cart almost striking my cart potentially head on but I have quick reflexes. As those two were streaking toward Palmer, a third came out almost into my cart but he had the good sense to get back where he belonged. They obviously weren't residents.
