I happen to be a fairly conservative republican, but I have a lot of friends who are democrats and/or liberals.

Not of of them wants us to adopt the system of government that North Korea has. Not one of them advocates for a totally socialist or communist form of government. In fact most of the disagreements between democrats and republicans, liberals and conservatives are relatively small. I think that people would find this out if not for people insulting each other and having real discussions.

But, I guess that if you can't express yourself in a reasonable and cogent manner, this is what you have to resort to.

I hope it makes you feel better about yourself, but I also hope that you will someday find a better way to deal with your anger.

I agree with your statement and should have qualified it by saying some, etc. However it seems to me more conservatives speak up to the views with which they disagree. To wit the first attempt at the new health bill failed because of internal disagreement between and among Republicans.............

On the other hand progressives who disagree with progressive policy remain silent . Silence is interpreted as agreement. if some progressives believed, for example, that overtures toward Cuba were wrong then why not speak up, Why? because with progressives its "party first" However with Republicans its "country first"

I don't need to provide links. I have on several occasions. The only time anyone ever disputes what I say is when I don't provide the link. Look up my past comments and you will see plenty of times I have referenced the information I just listed. I am not going to waste my time. I put my information down, so if you don't believe it is correct, give me some contradictory stats. The information I listed is correct. I am not going to go back and take the effort to coddle you when you know my information is right. Sorry, I have played that game too many times. Accept it, or not. If not, YOU provide the link to dispute my information. This is a discussion forum, not a library for references. If you want a library, talk to Tal. You would give the guy a thrill down his leg.

I will tell you that much of my information can be found on the website to the U.S. National Debt Clock. And the references listed on the numbers is generally BOL or CBO. Sometimes I get detailed stats from TreasuryDirect.gov.
