Good morning all you moms & pops and cats and kittens. (Tag line from Gene By Golly Barry from WING Radio in Dayton OH back in the 50's) It's a beautiful day in The Villages. Time 6:45 AM - Let grumpy out (1 dog named Patience) to do her business and take fuzzy (Teddy) for his morning walk. Other street walkers stop and go oh ahhhh such a nice dog. What is he? Thinkin here - Geesh he's a frickin dog what the heck ya think he is. These people must be old and forgetful because they ask me the same thing every morning. I happily say "His name is Patience, I mean Sadie, Holy :censored: I mean Teddy." They say "She's such a pretty girl." I say "She's a HE!" Well sorta. How about an IT. They laugh. OK have a nice day. Geesh - Have a nice life ya mean. Maybe they'll get swept up in the moment and relocate to the midwest. No hurricanes there lately.
Walks done and Teddy is back home wanting his treat. Good boy, now go hide under my bed. I've got water aerobics.
8:30 AM By dogs - c ya in a few.
10:15 AM Home from physically abusing my old body. Walk in the kitchen from garage and am greeted by Teddy. Then I step on something sharp. Clear plastic piece of some sort of container. Then more pieces. YOU :cus: YOU ATE MY BROWNIES. They were on the counter. Wait a minute - Didn't I just go through this recently with apple mini bites on a paper plate? And what about my prescription sunglasses Teddy used as dental floss.
See line 4 in bold, underlined, italisized.
To Be Continued I'm Sure

haha 16...now, you not only have to hide food from yourself and Mrs F, but, also from Teddie.
That was me on the bicycle hollerin' at you as you returned from water aerobics this morning. I was cruising through your 'hood and hoped to catch you outside for an intro to Sir Teddie. Given what you found when you returned home, I'm glad I wasn't there to witness it.
He is a hoot and it's all your fault for tempting him.

F16 remember this Mantra,
There are no bad dogs, there are no bad dogs, there are no bad dogs, there are no bad dogs, there are no bad dogs, there are no bad dogs......
Just ones that are misunderstood. :o
Teddy and I would get along great, Brownies are one of my favorites.:icon_hungry:

What?....no pictures?:a20:
I think you should set up a hidden camera to capture what goes on when you leave the house. I bet Teddy goes into action before you even get out of the driveway. It probably resembles a scene from "Risky Business"....party time!!!:pepper2:
My last furbuddy always got into "trouble" when left home alone. I once went out the front door and snuck around onto the lanai to peek in just to see what he was doing.:D Sure enough, he had started his shenanigans as soon as he heard the door lock behind me. He didn't notice when I opened the sliding door every so slowly...but the look on his face when I hollered his name was priceless! He knew he had been caught red-handed. :22yikes:
Oh, those were the days. I sure do miss him : -(

16 Think you would have learned by now that you DON'T LEAVE things on the counter, especially those that are edible. Poor Teddy gets all the blame.
