1 year ago today!!!!

One year ago today, I moved into my beautiful home in Heavenly Hadley. After 7 trips to TV, I finally found the house of my dreams and sold my house in Los Angeles in 3 months and packed up the 3 bad dogs, and drove cross country, arriving on Aug. 26.

Although I knew that this is the place I wanted to live, I never expected it to be as wonderful as it has turned out to be. I have made so many truly good friends and have had the time of my life. Nothing has made me regret making this decision and I'm hoping all of you moving to TV within the next few months will experience the same warm and fantastic feeling that I have had this past year. I thank all of my good friends for being there for me and I know the next 20 years will be the best ever.....

LOL, Shirl..... it certainly was, at times. As usual, the wonderful village people came through for me. Its been quite a ride but I'm so thankful I decided to do it!! If I had time, I'd throw a party for my one-year-moving-to-TV-anniversary (as Betty called it) but I'm too busy dancing at night to organize it!! Thanks for the good wishes.

What comes to my mind when I think of you is a butterly fluttering around all over TV....having fun, helping people, greeting people, dancing etc. I could go on and on lol. When I say butterfly, I mean that in a loving way....as I love butterflies and think they are very special just like you!!

When I buy my house (very very soon I hope) we will have a big anniversary party and if I am correct....a little birdie told me you have a birthday coming up too...so it will be a Kathie Anniversary and Birthday party!!! :a040:

Kathie, you have brightened so many lives with your warm welcome to newbies and your unfaultering friendship to your many friends. It's true that TV wouldn't be the same without you. We've had so much fun over these past months due in part because of your "social director" ability. Thanks all for you kind wishes. I am so happy here, sometimes I feel its undeserving to have all the wonderful friends I have.

But last night was the greatest night in a year and a few days, the wonderful friends and fun we had at Red Sauce was beyond belief. I truly wish that everyone on TOTV could have been there with us. Someday I'll post a video of us in action. We ended the night at midnight and today, I'm sore all over from acting like a dancing nut but its a good "soreness". Seems we met a new bunch of folks to join in our group, a table of New York Italians are now our best friends. OMG, we will never be the same!!!!!! YEAH!!
