We use Munn's. They are the original installers when we had the house built. Annual check up and maintenance.

Reliable. Timely. Reasonable cost.
Make sure to get the highest SEER rating your budget can stand. Also look into the UV light in the airway......excellent for mold/mildew, allergy control. Keeps the interior of the airway clean as new from day one.
Do get more than one quote. Time consuming yes. But you will get educated as to who does what at what price.
And will vary significantly for the same equipment.
Good luck.

Sun cool is the best outfit. Just negotiate price because everyone tries to take advantage of The Village residents. Good luck.

My vote goes to Chuck Farrell. If you do a search, you'll find that everyone who uses his company is extremely satisfied.

We recently had our annual inspection by Munn's on our AC unit which has to be at least 12 years old. We were talking with the tech about what to do when it dies and he told us you can get a good basic unit from $5K up and that is what he intends to do when his goes. He said there are many new AC's on the market that have all the bells and whistles that look and sound great, but which you do not need, you just want to cool your home. When the time comes we will look around and do a search for what is out there, but we have always been pleased with our Munn's unit and service, so who knows ................

Had Sunshine do mine two years ago -- would have them again. I did consider Munn's but felt more comfortable dealing with Sunshine

Sunshine Air is tops. Our rep, Sal, was upfront and explained all costs to us. I also like that they go under the house and not through the attic, since we have gas...

Very good experience with DeSantis about a year ago. Chuck Farrell would not install new copper lines, even if I paid more, so I went with DeSantis and Trane brand equipment.
