OK guys and gals, we are having our first open house here in Ohio. All prayers appreciated. I WANNA become a Villager, already have all our furniture placed in my mind. All we need now is someone to buy this lovely condo so we can come down and buy a Bogey.

Good Luck in selling your condo! We believe what worked for us was St. Joe and also the young man loving our home as soon as he walked in. Our house sold in 6 days after putting it up on the market. Right after our first open house. We listened to our realtor, got rid of all personal pictures, made it look very inviting as soon as you walked in, and of course priced it right for this market. We did not give it away, but priced it at a range that the bank would def give someone a mortgage. We even got a bid 6,000.00 more then what we priced it for. We had a bidding war going on. We are so happy with our decision, shocked we sold in 6 days, and right now renting a condo waiting for my husband to retire in Feb.
