Three of those four corners are, or can be made, golf cart accessible (I think)

Great meeting last night. Very happy with the building of Shooter's World. Nice to have
a range close by.

The Southwest corner of Powell and 44A is Alden Bungalows, so that is out. The Southeast corner is currently fenced in Villages property that provide a nice view for those of us inside MVP. The northeast corner is open and I believe not owned by TV, otherwise they would of probably built homes on that land when establishing The Village of Collier. The negative to that parcel is it abuts a CYV community. The Northwest corner I believe is also not Villages property but contains only a delapidated home and some trailers.

The last unreliable source I had, placed Shooter's World across from Palmetto Execituve course and not golf car accessable.

It was in the agreement with Shooters World that Shooters World would announce the location when they were ready to start.

The 44A/Powell location was mentioned at The Morse Town Hall Meeting this past week.

When Shooters World opens ,the range on 44 will be history--if the ownership had a better attitude toward his customers, he would have had a chance of staying open
