I have to give credit when it's due. Today I was having trouble with my tv connection (probably due to recent electrical work.) My box would not reboot and I called Comcast. They were not able to fix it on their end. They were able to send a tech within 4 hours! The techs called ahead and even came a little early. They fixed everything and made the signal better! I don't know if same day service was just the luck of the draw, but I was impressed.

We like Comcast now. They have improved Customer Service IMO

I get the feeling Comcast got the message. They seem to be working hard to improve customer service. Kudos!

We've had Comcast in our home for cable TV and internet since 2012 and I have no complaints. We've used their service techs that come to our home and also those you contact by phone or in online chat. In every instance they have been helpful, courteous, and left me satisfied. Count us as Comcast fans!

I recently upgraded our service to the Xfinity X1 package to save some money (for the next two years, anyway). They immediately shipped the new equipment, and it arrived two days later. Also that day a Comcast tech showed up and spent a half hour testing my service, wires, etc. to ensure the new set boxes would work. Easy setup and validation, and I love the X1 differences. Kudos to Comcast, a much improved experience for me.
