I have tried contacting TOTV several times, via posts and thru the moderator on a post. My classifieds are not working in that I cannot advance to a particular ad and get the seller information. Also, my
"contact" button isn't working. When I click on "contact", I get a blank page just like I do for the classifieds. Please advise.

Do you have an ad blocker running? I had the same problem until I turned off the ad blocker for this site.
I have an imac running firefox.

Try logging out of your TOTV account, restart your browser, and then back on to your TOTV account. I've had problems posting to the classified section before and found that a fresh log in helps. You should also try purging your cookies, history, and cache for your browser, these tend to collect a lot of junk and sometimes create conflicts in the data being retained.

Open your browser in a private window and your problem should be solved. Works for me ever time.

Thanks for all the advice, except for "dietpepsi", for the life of me I can't figure out what you meant. I tried most of what you all suggested. This is a new problem, only a week or so old. I've been on TOTV for over 4 years. If I could find a phone number, I would have called. If anyone has a number for them, I'd appreciate having it and will keep it in my notes.
The MODERATOR did respond to me in a PM and advised they sent this post on to Admin, for which I am grateful. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
P.S. a word to the wise: The Moderator is alive, well and on the job....for those of us that occasionally have need to hear from them! :rolleyes::icon_wink:

Log in to Firefox or another browser. I can't get quite a few things on classifieds to work on Google chrome but work in other browsers. This is the fix the moderator gave me.
