Further, if Trump had knowledge of a pending grand jury investigation targeting Flynn, his conduct would constitute an attempt to influence or obstruct a grand jury investigation. To the other stupid poster who suggested this "aged" memo to file means nothing, I suggest that he, if he can read, review the 2004 NSA case relative to Ashcroft, .Bush, etal.

These notes were the determining factor. Actually in another leak from the WH that criticizes leaks, it is said when this news broke, aides rushed in and asked Trump what he said, and he couldn't recall.

That is anecdotal and means little, but here is hoping Trump is actually taping people so we can actually determine truth.
