A golf cart flipped over on thump on El Camino Real, after the driver hit the brakes to hard--be careful , two wheel brakes are not forgiving--both occupants--transported to the hospital

was this on the northeast corner where the gutter goes in and you can a bump right there I have seen carts fly in the air if they are staying completely to the right in the northbound golf cart Lane , this is truly an engineering mistake
