My better half and I took our first trip to Fenney today to see what all the noise was about. Definitely beautiful and some of the new home designs are awesome. Living in a CYV we had to look at some of these of course, the revised floor plans are filling in the gaps most people wanted in a CYV, basically an inside laundry room and a walk-in shower in the master bedroom both appear as standard in all floor plans that we say. Also special was the improvements to the patio villas, 2 car and separate GC garages, and some new larger floor plans. Plenty to consider but not enough to give any serious thoughts to moving. Yet.

Took the drone along and took some pictures, beautiful scenery! Below are a couple of shots. The first two are looking west from above the model homes area, the third is looking east, and the last is one of the resort pool still under construction.

Beauty topography!
What a contrast between what appears to be a very natural area which is a 180 degree about-face from what we have here.
I say this without having been to the area.
It's nice to see that the developer is working with nature, as opposed to killing it.

Ditto on the photos, great and thank you for sharing them. It would be interesting to see similar views a month from now. The house in the 3rd photo with the blue roof took only 2 days for the blocks and 2 days for the framing and roof, 16 men worked on the blocks. Our home is on the pond diagonally across from the blue roof.

Reminds me of the DiVosta communities in south Florida. Not age restricted, but mostly populated by "empty-nesters".

Nice photos GWN! We went over early Sunday and walked through the upper left model on the corner lot in the 1st photo. Expanded house, expanded lanai probably 12x60', all granite countertops ,wood plank style ceramic floors in the main living area, nice gas range, garden tub in master, glass door walk-in shower in guest bath, large laundry room between kitchen and garage, but then only a two car garage??? Very nice and roomy, listed at around $430-450 if I remember correctly. Was nice to see it with furniture and decorations. View of the walking path and main road from he lanai, not sure how noisy it would be. What really surprised me is how many of the model homes that were already sold. I would have thought they would keep those available to entice folks to buy.
