Oh well, I guess that gives you something else to whine about. Who cares? Is it not his right to do so? I am not saying he is guilty or not, but until someone says he broke the LAW, I really do not care. Even if he did, I have no respect for D.C anyway. They had all kinds of evidence on Hillary and refused to indict her.

Treason by an appointee to the Trump administration is NOT just "DC", of which you have no respect. Evidently Treason is, in your mind, equivalent to mishandling emails. According to documents which Flynn should have filed BEFORE accepting money from both Russia and Turkey, he DID break the law, the only questions remaining are the circumstances surrounding his illegalities and the knowledge of those actions by the Trump campaign and the Trump transition team, and Trump himself.

Flynn has every right to use the 5th. This has been exclusively used by politicians. It's the prosecution attorney job to find evidences. This Is the basic in law, prove it or STFU.

The left only complains when they are not using it. Didn't Hillary's computer techs do the same thing?

Quoting Trump....."If you are not guilty of a crime, what do you need immunity for?" Trump said at a campaign rally in Florida in September.
"The mob takes the Fifth Amendment," Trump said at a campaign event in Iowa later that month. "If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?"
Flynn himself said during an interview last year with MSNBC commentator Chuck Todd, "When you are given immunity, that means you have probably committed a crime."
yeah, the left complains about the use of the law.....

Remember Hilliary is trained lair, lawyer. She knows the magic words. "I can't remember, I can't recall." I don't know" her training fit in well state and national politics.

"Mishandling emails"? No. Mishandling classified information, yes.
Flynn may have broken a misdemeanor law. I'll wait for some form of evidence before rushing to judgement. Certainly not treason.
Like I said before, there was plenty of evidence of Hillary violating felony laws, but no action taken. Why would anyone expect better from D.C? That stupid transvestite that was convicted of treason got off with only seven years in jail of his 35 year sentence. Petraeus got a slap on the wrist for his mishandling of classified information. Although, Republicans have a history of policing their own, unlike the left. If Flynn broke the law, I am sure he will see more justice than anyone on the left.

The basis for protection under 5th amendment rights was written with honorable intent. The reason for pleading under the 5th may or may not be honorable.
On the one hand we have some very aggressive prosecutors who desire to make a name for themselves and will stoop to anything to win a case and so a defendant would be wise not to utter much as it would be twisted the fit the prosecutors findings.
Then we have those who hide their malfeasance under the cover of its protection
What is clear to the clear minded is that the war against Trump is an unfair, aggressive and vicious attack against everything Trump for one sole person to frustrate the Republican agenda.
What many of the progressive leanings have not recognized, because they are so invested in their hate of Trump is that it is creating fewer and fewer Democrats.
There is hope on the horizon for them because Blue Dog Dems are tired of being hijacked by the socialist and fringed component of their party.
I do believe a strong two party system is good for the nation.

Exactly what happened when Obama was elected. Only the difference was that the American people became united and chose a president that they thought could actually accomplish something other than bow and appear on late night TV. Obama gave us this:
2010 Dems lost the House
2012 Dems lost the Senate
2016 Dems lost the White House
The ONLY way you might regain some of that is to keep this witch hunt going through next year's campaign.

Well, if a Republican committee could not, after years of investigation, get any charges, what makes you so certain that there were bonified illegalities? The "mishandled" emails were not even deemed "classified" when they were initially read on the private server, and their subsequent classification was deemed very limited. One cannot equate other legal situations to this situation because the circumstances, not limited to the obvious illegal actions, are very different and must be investigated on their own merits. Your justifications are just an attempt to rationalize your support of a person in the presidency that is willfully negligent, wantonly mistrustful, and lies all the time to deflect the truth. History of others' actions on the Democratic political side has nothing to do with any current investigation. YOU now own this administration and YOU cannot divert the subject matter to get away with your willful ignorance.

There is so much more to come about this very unamerican President and his colleagues.
Those of you adoring at his feet, while he does the opposite of what he promised, and puts our country in peril every time he opens his mouth, never seem to tout what he plans, has done.....you all speak of Clinton and Obama as if you actually miss them.
"President Donald Trump praised the Philippines' president for an "unbelievable job" in a fight against illegal drugs that has left thousands dead and drawn condemnation from American lawmakers, according to a leaked transcript of their telephone conversation last month.
Trump's discussion with Rodrigo Duterte is likely to reinforce the impression that Trump is sidelining human rights concerns in his foreign policy. Trump has met with several authoritarian leaders since taking office in January, offering few critiques of their records on democracy, the rule of law and protecting essential freedoms."
Trump said to praise 'great job' in Philippine drug fight - ABC News (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/trump-praise-great-job-philippine-drugs-fight-47613538)
"Pentagon officials are in shock after the release of a transcript between President Donald Trump and his Philippines counterpart reveals that the US military had moved two nuclear submarines towards North Korea
“We never talk about subs!” three officials told BuzzFeed News, referring to the military's belief that keeping submarines' movement stealth is key to their mission.
While the US military will frequently announce the deployment of aircraft carriers, it is far more careful when discussing the movement of nuclear submarines. Carriers are hard to miss, and that in part, is a reason the US military deploys them. They are a physical show of forces. Submarines are, at times, a furtive complement to the carriers, a hard-to-detect means of strategic deterrence."

Wow based on your remarks you are either intoxicated from drinking the progressive kool aid or you are desperate.
By any measure what Clinton is alleged to have done has enough evidence to undertake a criminal investigation. The term " classified" is generic and if you have a desire to recall hundreds of e-mails found that went through Hillary's server was top secret stuff.
I cannot speak for anyone else but what has me upset is that progressives sliding moral compass.
If Trump had done what is alleged then I want him out. If Hillary did what is alleged then she needs to go to jail as does, Leaner, Holder and Obama.
I believe in truth justice and then American way. Do you?

He is accused of so much and under investigation for so much, what specific charge do you speak of ?
If you believe in truth and justice, and it has been proven totally in so many ways ALREADY that the President has lied from the Oval Office, made false accusations based on lies, tried to interfere with an ongoing investigation..at this point proven the NUNES thing was just that, how much further does he need to go ?

By any measure what Clinton is alleged to have done is sufficient to warrant a criminal investigation. that is one reason Comey lost his job ( he became too political) Political cops become the KGB
The term " classified" is generic and if you have a desire to recall hundreds of e-mails were discovered that went through Hillary's server were clearly labeled and/or their content sufficient to be recognized as top secret stuff.
I cannot speak for anyone else but what has me upset is that progressives have this sliding moral compass for their representatives but want to crucify conservatives for the same lesser or invented allegations
If Trump has done what is alleged then I want him fired. I want an honest, ethic-centered hard working president conversely if Hillary did what is alleged then she needs to go to jail as does, Leaner, Holder and Obama.
Better than 80% of the stories about Trump are negative. Something stinks in Denmark. I do not expect an objective response. so I'll ask
