RIP Sir Roger. He was always my favorite Bond. He thought Craig was the best Bond. And he'll always be The Saint! A true class act and humanitarian.

Actually Roger Moore is better known as " The Saint " a Television series broadcast in the UK in the 60's. Years later he was offered the role as James Bond...good money for a TV actor.

He was sadly only OK as James Bond well down the list after other actors who portrayed James Bond...written by Ian Fleming .

Sean Connery and Daniel Craig are the actors who portray best the real James Bond as written in the novels.

I really liked Roger as The Saint and remember him that way. In my mind I see Sean Connery when I think of James Bond.

Sean Connery and Roger Moore ........ eye candy! I don't think I was too concerned with their acting. When you look like that who really cares.

I grew up with him as Bond, but I always liked Pierce Brosnan and I do like Daniel Craig. I don't think there is a Bond I didn't like, I bought in to all of the movies. So, I hope Sir Moore is in Heaven. GB.
