'No egrets," performs at Spanish Springs Square

As I write this I am watching a band perform at Spanish Springs Square on Tuesday evening. I'm the shade behind a large tree and can hardly see the band, but I can see most of their sign proudly claiming, NO EGRETS. I am struck by the name, what do they have against Egrets? I am really into PC and these little white birds have no reason to be publically shooed away in this manner. Wondering if a band member had a golf cart run in with one? Did one snatch the drummers' drumstick while he wasn't looking? Sure these little birds are not that great but that's no reason to feel blue about them. Still, the rock music was quite good. I her-on will have No Regrets while watching No egrets.

There is a band named " No Regrets" but, hey, maybe there is a no egrets band made up of all flamingos !
