We just experienced a problem with our main box. Our 2 wireless boxes in the bedrooms were not affected. I rebooted the main box a couple of times without success. I tried rebooting the tower where the signal comes into the house, and the main box again. That worked and Prism is working fine now. Maybe try that.

Yes. Back now, but I am getting a bit disappointed in CenturyLink. Several issues lately. They are too expensive to have this many issues. I am calling them on Monday morning to voice my opinion.

Update all your boxes to totally wireless and have router located as close to the main optic connection- we have not had an issue ever since a tech did this

When I turn on the TV sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

I usually have to spend a half hour messing around with rebooting the tower, box, and then play with the remote to get things working right again...I get lots of excuses from Centurylink but no good results.

My contract is up in September, and I will not have to put up with this any more after that.

Anyone else having issues ?
