We agree that Tom does great work. However, the OP seems to want Tom to provide a great package for cable TV and telephone service. We are not aware that Tom is a cable and phone service provider or reseller.

Tom installed a large screen TV in my master, answered a lot of questions on local Comcast packages (different from my Comcast in Georgia), then installed the various digital devices .. DVR, modem etc .. in a couple of hours .. Would call on him again in a heartbeat
