It is one of the closest to Brownwood. Collier is the closest.

Yes, Pinellas Island.
Okay -- you've said it twice, but I've never heard of Pinellas Island.
Can't place it for beans.
What are the names of streets in Pinellas Island, please?

Ha. That's a new one for me too. Not familiar with a Pinellas Island.

Looking at the map makes me wonder if I am correct to think I will be living in TV of Pinellas. I close on the property in several weeks. The paperwork says it's in the TV of Pinellas. But further down on the paperwork it says Perdido Villas, TV of Sumpter.
It's on Overstreet PL. Off Buttercup Way/left on Nutwood.
Can anyone clarify?

The villas are part of Pinellas but are considered a separate unit

That street is not part of Pinellas Island but it is part of the Village of Pinellas.

Interesting. I've lived right there for four years and have never heard it called Pinellas Island. To me it's just Unit 224, I believe.

When we moved here we heard the name Pinellas Island for this area, so that's what we called it, but in looking around "official" documentation, I cannot find the 'Island' designation, now I know how Gilligan felt....:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:
