From having worked at Cane Garden, the Country Club rentals are for that day of play. CG did have a phone number of a business that does longer term rentals. The Sarasota Custom Club Shop sometimes has club boxes that they will give away for you to ship the clubs.

I've used Ship Sticks. Get on their mailing list, they have sales periodically. They use UPS as their hauler.

I shipped a set of clubs from Maui to TV using Fedex. Just in a standard Club Glove bag and they showed up on time and in perfect condition.
