I cannot open the thread that is posted although I see some can, I cannot, neither can several other posters. I have sent a message to owners. I am not sure why the threads were removed.

Is Water usage and a surcharge political? Is Cold no more right? Am I getting my just dues from the moderator??? OH GOD.

Do like half the villagers do, and take your bath/shower at the neighborhood pool. Save on YOUR water. Let someone else pay for it. Act like a liberal. No one will know.
