At this moment there are 13 Republican Congressmen led by that piece of s**t Mitch McConnell who is developing a new repeal and replace health insurance bill to replace Obamacare. The group of 13 does not include any insurance executives or Democratic Congressmen. It is being drafted behind closed doors and I think it correct to say that NO ONE, not even other congressmen have any knowledge of the new Trumpcare program at this time.. There will be no public hearings on the bill, there will be no debating of the bill which affects one sixth of our economy and 24 million who will likely lose their present insurance. It is likely that McConnell will release the contents of the bill this Thursday, and the Senate will only have hours to review the most complex program ever before voting on Friday !!!. Republicans you are an outrage and yes you do scare me.

Isn't that the same plan used by Peolosi when ObamaCare was passed? I seem to remember that it had to be passed so it could be read.

Fear not Warren, just put on your "big boy pants' and deal with it.

FYI: Big Boy Pants are now on sale at Walmart, two pair for the price of one. Better hurry, the sale ends Saturday! Take Tal with you.

Don't be such a bigot. Maybe they are of the gender confused and wish to wear skirts. Get with the times, I understand that some states allow an "X" instead of an M or F on their drivers licenses. You have to be OPEN minded, so you can cope with the EMPTY headed, nut cases.

As far as I am concerned, JUST PASS THE REPEAL and worry about the details later. We were better off BEFORE that stupid ObieCare. It was never meant to succeed anyway. It was meant as a step toward total gov controlled health care. Thank goodness America was smart enough not to elect Hillary. We would have been doomed worst than Greece. Now, we have a chance.

Not exactly, there were about 58 discussion forums conducted and over a 100 amendments added to Obamacare by republicans. The discussions went on for quite a while.

Do you ever read real news, or real life, or issue driven pieces, OR are you stuck in what Trump told his biographers he always creates to win a "alternate reality" ?

It's glaringly obvious, that if Chump said this bill is 'mean'...then it's even worse than could be imagined.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, it was actually Ivanka or Jared that must have put that thought in his head, because he really doesn't give a $hit about the average American...or especially poor people.

You know something is REALLY rotten however, when those of the same political party are criticizing the fact that even they don't know what's going on...with the closed door cabal drafting the bill. :ohdear:

The silver lining will come, when sunlight hits the bill with the CBO evaluation and it's found to have been primarily an exercise...in giving the most wealthy Americans a huge tax cut.

How is that a silver lining you might ask?

Just watch and see at the midterm elections...and when President Pence is up for reelection in 2020. :ho:

The things he refers to in this post and MOST are simply National Enquirer tidbits.

I prefer the FRONT page news on real issues.

If you have influence please tell him to put down the Enquirer and stop visiting the hard al right sites or the Russian site., and read the news like.....

OR.....

"One of President Donald Trump's newest appointees is a registered agent of Saudi Arabia earning hundreds of thousands of dollars to lobby on the kingdom's behalf, according to U.S. Department of Justice records reviewed by the Center for Public Integrity.

Since January, the Saudi Arabian foreign ministry has paid longtime Republican lobbyist Richard Hohlt about $430,000 in exchange for "advice on legislative and public affairs strategies."

Trump's decision to appoint a registered foreign agent to the President's Commission on White House Fellowships clashes with the president's vow to clean up Washington and limit the influence of special interests.

Trump singled out lobbyists for foreign governments for special criticism, saying they shouldn't be permitted to contribute to political campaigns. Hohlt is himself a Trump donor, though his contributions came before he registered to represent Saudi Arabia."

I am sure Trump singled out one program, because that is the only program that he would benefit from. Possibly it was the only program he believed was helping the low income...no that could not be possible, Trump is evil. Just like Obamma, Bush II, Clinton, Bush I...and every other president you have attacked for the "last 50 years in the political arena".

Hey dummy, how do you think I know where the source is of Rubicons stuff ????

I read BOTH SIDES EVERY DAY...I read the extreme left and right and the MSM that you say lies so much.

Basically, the MSM is pretty much right on target. If it makes no sense to me, I can always visit the government side to actually read proposals.

How do I know...let me tell you what Rubicon reads, do not know if exclusive but certainly he reads ZEROHEDGE, the Russian based web site, he reads all the ALT right sites, I am betting although cannot say for sure but I think Alex Jones....not sure but he oft times promotes the same message. He also reads the WSJ but seems to hone in on certain journalists there.

If you dont read both sides how can you decide how you feel ?

Example, last night Trump spoke of HIS legislation to not allow any immigrants to collect any government subs until they have been here for FIVE YEARS. He presented it as if he invented that. Actually, that law has been in existence since 1996...has been downgraded but still exists and he is simply going to heft it back up, BUT NOT as he presents,,,,,not his idea !

Point here is that if you go to a left leaning site, they will say that Trump is saying he is passing a law that already exists. If you go to a right leaning site, they will present it as HIS idea and make no mention of the existing law.

Fact is, he is suggesting a modification of an existing law.

Why he cannot be like other Presidents and just tell us the truth....that would be just great.

It won't be voted on tomorrow. It will be late next week. There will be a whole 20 hours of discussion on the bill. What ever happened to the talk about phase 2, and phase 3 of the Republican plan? They are not going to kick people off right away. They are going to wait, so it doesn't affect their majorities in both Houses. The biggest joke is they are blaming the Democrats for not voting for this plan. These Republicans will NEVER take responsiblity for what they did during the Obama years. However, they have no problem for blaming him for everything, or take credit for things started during his administration that are coming to light now.

They elected a pathological liar in Trump, and clap everytime he tells a bold face lie. When the press points out his lies with real facts, they are the ones accused of lying. we are living in an upside down world. Stupidity is appalued, and common sense is given the finger.

This proposal to repeal and replace Obama Care is driven and controlled by one man, that man is Mitch McConnell. The same man who stood before the cameras the second week of Obama becoming President and saying " we will oppose every proposal, and every bill that Obama puts forth. Additionally, I would guess that you have no clue that America's health care cost is one sixth of our entire budget.

And thanks to ObieCare, it has cost us ALL a heck of a lot more. Most have doubled in the last 8 years. Time to ditch ObieCare regardless of a new bill to replace it. I am not interested in letting the gov run any business. All the Dems care about is the name, not the people. Obiecare gave more lazy health care at the expense of everyone else. Millions lost their insurance an then were mandated to purchase Obiecare at a huge increase in cost. Folks that did NOT want health insurance because they pay with cash, were forced to purchase insurance. UNCONSTITUTIONAL, regardless of how they twist it. The average income person now pays more for premiums and has to wait for ten grand of cost they have to pay in deductibles before the insurance pays ANYTHING. If I did not have my VERY expensive insurance, I would rather pay the fine than pay about $15K-$20K per year for insurance before they pay a dime. Thanks Democrats, for nothing. OBiecare's purpose was to fail so that the socialist democrats could socialize health care and run it through the gov.

So, you have no problem ignoring reports based upon facts. You call them second hand. What am I suppose to do go out ask every insurance company what their rates have been in the past ten years?

You don't the difference between insurance provided by your employer, and the individual market.

You are spitting out typical Republican nonsense. Take two states THAT ARE NOT INDICTIVE of the rest of the country but try to say what is happening to them is happening nationwide. That only works when people are too stupid to see what they are doing, and accept everything they say as facts.

Insurance companies want certainty. Republican for the last eight years have been making sure that certainty is the last thing insurance companies will get.

The Republican plan is a giant tax cut for the rich. Republicans don't want to help people that don't vote for them. If a poor sick person dies, great. One less vote that they have to worry about.

Changes should be made to the ACA. That is the last thing Republicans want. If the ACA fails, you damn right is was because of the Republicans and their inability to work with Democrats on just about anything.

when I SEE THIS COMMENT, MY MIND GOES INTO RERUN BACK TO WHEN McConnell STOOD BEFORE THE CAMERAS AND STATED " WE WILL OPPOSE EVERY PROPOSAL OF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION "..

Wow, very astute of you. Have you ever thought about reading back to the comment that the response came from? No wonder the left keeps losing. No wonder their stupid wealth redistribution health care bill is failing.

That's OK because you that are over 70 need to spend some of that ill-gained cash if you aren't going to pay your taxes. Besides, when I turn 70, IF I turn 70, I will just get your children to pay for mine. That's easy enough to do.

But seriously, when the next part of the bill rolls out there will be shopping over state lines and tort reform. Both will bring the cost of health care insurance down.

I would like to see Ryan submit a copy of Obiecare for vote as if it was the Republican bill, so we could watch the Dems reject it. We already know that they will reject anything that comes from the right. They will just use the excuse that the Republicans did it first. And that makes them better? Good luck, fire them all.

What reasons would be responsible for such an increase? Medicare will not be changed.

Just another ignorant rant from someone that has no clue. Try reading the bill before running amok with STUPID rants. People like you are the reason that Obiecare originally came out with a Death Panel and the red pill (kidding dumb@ss). Darn that Sarah Palin for pointing it out. There would be less mouths to feed with welfare if she would have left it alone.
