I am looking for a recommendation for a good ophthalmologist in the area. I have been told by my current eye doc's office that she cannot see me and my husband for routine exam until next April!

Sounds like you need to look for a new eye doctor especially if they think you are invisible. Please find one that can help you find the space bar for your thread titles.
