:pepper2::pepper2:JoAnn and I closed on our new home in Bonita on Thursday. POD arrived Friday. Life has been exciting. Can't wait to meet some of you. I can't believe all the building going on around us. The lot behind us was sold today, several new homes are going up around the corner, 3 new one's to the left of us. you'd never know building is supposed to be slow. Anyhow I'm glad we're finaly here. Let the fun begin.:beer3::beer3:
