I assume he is commencing a contract with Broward Factory Service.
I've wondered about their warranty service.

In email it is the duty of the sender to make it so obvious that the message is understood by recipient. Likewise we Should Not Have to guess what The original poster meant. I do get it with spell check and the poster understand what they meant.
