Ready to buy a new Yamaha quiet Tech, from the first salesperson to offer a test drive, without asking....No offers, from all four main dealers in T.V...This, after offering up new Village home ownership..Not one salesperson asked me, have you driven one? Do they even offer borchures? I left each dealer feeling empty, and without a cart order, sob, sob..Next stop, Carts and Clubs in time for the 2018s...:popcorn:

Ask to drive one, why would you wait for them to ask you? I have driven a service loaner with Quiettech (sp) and liked it.

I'm not getting this post.
If I was truly interested, I would have have asked if I could test drive it.
Why would someone wait for someone to ask them ?

I was offered a test drive of the new Yamaha Quiet Tech by Village Golf Carts, Gordon's Garage, no problem.
And I was offered a free loaner while my Yesteryear Golf Cart is being manufactured.

That's because it takes longer to get a cart with snow tires :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

You didn't say you were looking for the best price, that's what most people look for, if you were;
Here's a NEW 2018 Yamaha Drive 2 Quietech EFI for $7,365.

New Cart Sales | Knight Rides Yamaha Golf Cars and Carts (http://knightrides.com/Sales/Default.aspx?Type=1)
As you can see in the photos, the carts lack a few features such as a Sunbrella Enclosure, Sideview mirrors, etc. If I were buying a new Yamaha right now, I would look into Village Discount Golf. They can't sell new Yamahas, but they specialize in customizing and selling used Yamahas.
Get your best price, probably from Knight Rides in Alabama shown above and then have Village Discount Customize the cart, they've done it for others right here on this message board. If you don't want to go out of state, 15 miles south is I-4 Power in Webster, Florida (link is below) and they also sell new Yamahas for about $2,000 less than local dealers.

Here's an example of what Village Discount Golf Cars can do for a used cart, for a new cart you'll need less.
