We use T&D Pool and Spa, for our hot tub, for over 3 years. They have been very good, very responsive to any problems. They do have some turn over, but so far all of the techs have been good, and have even made suggestions that saved me money.

We had T & D, Vera and Randy are the best. And, they back up there work. You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.

T & D can't even come until end of October for an estimate and we know they will be more expensive. Did get another recommendation of a company by the name of Bowles out of Orlando so will interview them also. That will be 4 to choose from

T& D is the best, we've had Dave service our pool at 2 homes now and he is the best. Cost wise, I don't think it's out of line....about $30 a week and if you have any issues between visits, call and thy come the same day to deal with it.

T&D are the best. That's why you have to wait so long to have a new pool put in. Our pool tech is great and the water is always crystal clear. You would pay much more for pool care up north than here. My pool is 8 yrs old, and is still beautifull.

No need to tell me AGAIN about T & D. We are not willing to wait until October for a sales consultant. Looking to hear about other companies

We could make the All Seasons an 8! Not been happy from the start.

Go with Fiesta. Two years ago we did. We are completely pleased with the installation and the finished product.

You are dealing with the second-generation owners of the business. I will say that they are not the most "polished" business people, but they are complete experts at building pools - pools that last without problems.

So you've been posting on here about finding a pool company for over a month, and how you don't want to wait for T&D. What happened to the company you were raving about that came out for an estimate?

T&D pools is tied to the developer. With all the new building all the direct suppliers are stretched thin.
We were at a card party in Collier this week and several of the neighbors had after market pools and bird cages, etc. These were done by Wiseman. They were all very happy with the work. We wanted the pool from the get go, so we contracted with the developer, which means T&D. I was interested to hear about their experiences on this and other topics.
Part of the problem is that you generally are not just buying a pool. The lots and available space for the pool and the deck and enclosure are all unique. So you need a person who can create the pool and environment that will suit you. This type sales person is in short supply. When considering who to select, you need to know when they can do the design, to set the price, When after that can they start the job and how long does an average pool system take to build.
The builder adds 30 days when a pool is part of the bid. Because they are starting from scratch, that may be a low number.
Good luck with your search.

In the middle of a project with Wiseman.... very unhappy.... will see how it turns out, but as of right now, I would not recommend Wiseman Pools. Knowing what I know now, I would wait for T & D and pay the extra $$$$.

This is tough. Fiesta came back today for 2nd consultation and they are out! Terrible salesman, too vague even after we explained we wanted details. He could care less if he sold us a pool or not. At this point we are down to Yandles and might just hold off till Oct for T & D estimate although handles is right at the top of our budget and we really don't want to go higher.

Too bad about Fiesta - our experience was terrific from day one to the last day and even beyond when we had a question. Good luck with your choice.

Too bad, so many of us had great experiences with Fiesta! We got exactly what we were told and could not be happier. I feel very comfortable calling Fiesta anytime even after the fact to ask questions. They always get back to me in a timely manner.

I agree Fiesta built a great pool and there were zero problems to fix. We were in our pool in under 6 weeks. Stuart was our salesman and he answered all our questions.

Go with whom you are comfortable. While many of us love Fiesta your experience was not what you had hoped so maybe do you And Fiesta a favor and keep searching. Neither of you need the stress when you are spending a lot of money. Good luck.

We give All Seasons a 1...Awful company. See my other horror post here.

Please record all conversations with Christopher their sale person on Why 441. He will lie to your face about anything to get you to sign the bottom line. They used ALL SUBCONTRACTORS to build the pool.

Only wat to get a response from them was to register a complaint with the Fl Licensing Department.

Buyer beware!

Hi,
We would recommend Fiesta without any reservation, except their salesman, he is a very weak link for a fabulous third generation family company.

The actual company work ethic is second to none and they are very flexible, very professional and very reasonably priced.

You will not regret having Fiesta, if you do go down that route.

They put ours in four years ago and it is great.

They were almost half the price of T&D and All Seasons and they put it in in half the time quoted by both of the other two.

They work extremely hard, long working days and never miss a day, unlike the experience that some of our neighbours have had with both those others.

Regards
Andy

Update on our spa project with Wiseman Pools. Project is finally done, except for landscaping they destroyed, which is now in process of repair. Spa is great, we love it! BUT, now 2 months in, we have needed a new salt cell, which was replaced today AND we have no heat in the spa for the last 3 days..... heater is broke. I would expect after spending LOTS of money with Wiseman Pools, they would jump right on it and send someone to fix it. Not so..... hoping to have someone here next week. Their service after the sale, is the worst. Call anyone but Wiseman!
