Thinking of having some friends down and they may want to do the Lifestyle Preview offered by the Villages. I think the cost is $99 a day through December and then $199 for Jan - March 2017. Other than a place to stay what else does the Villages include in their Lifestyle Preview. I know years ago they had some discounts for food or resturants, movies and championship golf passes....but what does it include today??

Also where are the units they are placing people..is it Fenney or closer to LSL or Brownwood>?? If its Fenney that would zero out that option!

For the updated information re: this (because it probably changes), I'd call the sales office and ask about this.

The cost is $99 per night per couple. They stay in Alden Bungalows near Brownwood. The home includes a golf car and two bikes. They receive a Village ID with two rounds of complimentary golf, complimentary tennis, and a movie ticket. This program is for people who are thinking of buying a home in The Villages. If they do not have a sales representative please PM me and i can highly recommend one.

Agree with Anne as to the locations and the items offered. We just completed a week under the Preview and I think the other perk was the Villages staff. They basically act as your personal assistant in helping with tee times, finding activities for you to visit, etc. We had rented in the villages several times before but this was the first time we could schedule a Lifestyle. We basically wanted to experience what it would be liked if we were new residents. They were really helpful to my wife who wanted to just observe a couple of clubs. Also because we had already met a sales agent and are comfortable searching homes on our own there was no sales pressure. We just met her for coffee and sort of caught up on what we are looking for. Hopefully in 2 more years we can call TV home.
