Hello, what are the taxes we should charge for a rental in Hadley? And how do we process them? Thanks

you pay a combination of State of Florida and Sumter County hotel tax (transient sales). You can sign up to do it online and they send you a reminder every month. Be sure to file even if you don't rent it that month - just report 0 income. If you don't you get assessed a late filing fee (found that out the hard way).
