Peeper Eyecare and Hindsight Eyecare

There are very few companies that stick in my mind as having excellent customer service. Some are okay, but very few have that WOW factor as far as taking care of their customers. Well, add Peepers Eyecare to the list. I think they would jump through a hoop to make their customers completely happy. And we also visited their sister store Hindsight Eyecare to look at frames and they were wonderful there. More companies should try to be like them.

My eye doctor in South Carolina wanted me to have my eye pressure checked here in Florida. I thought, good luck finding someone to do just that procedure without wanting to do a complete eye exam. I made a list of ten locations to call. The first one was Hindsight in Pinellas Plaza. They said yes, and the cost was $35. During my visit, the doctor took pictures of the eye, and measurements for future reference. I could not have been more impressed with them doing what was good for me as a patient, not something that would generate more income.
I have tremendous confidence in my SC eye doctor, but should the occasion arise that I need an eye doctor here...no doubt it's Hindsight.
