Played there yesterday. Not perfect, but much better than the previous 3-4 weeks, greens are good for the most part, just a few rough patches, and running fairly fast for TV, maybe 8-9. And there is actually green grass on the fairways!

Seems like all of the Championship courses south of 466A are improving, especially the greens. Played EP yesterday, waved in the direction of your house doc. Greens were pretty good. About an 8-9 as well.

Played Tequesta to Seminole today and the only green I saw issues with was Seminole #5; all the rest were good and the fairways have really good grass.
