Never heard anyone that goes to TVH say they didn't like it. :shrug:

My wife preferred a Lady Doctor and had one thru TVH. The Doctor was wonderful and caring and my wife thought the world of her. That was the problem so did many other women so she ended up seeing someone else almost every time she went. We changed my wife over to my Doctor in TVH and all is well. No hard feelings this is the way it is here. I like the healthcare here. Our doctor listens to us and seems to really care. In NJ you were processed and the Doctor was overbooked and overworked. Healthcare, I need Healthcare because of worrying about Healthcare.

Another vote for Dr. Jane Cai. She spends time with you and listens. Her staff is great !

I doubt there is anyone more clinically critical and judgmental (in a good way) of MD's, etc. than I. I am a retired nurse with 45 years in. I have TVH and I have NEVER had an issue with my care. Dr. G. is smart, bright,considerate and responsive in every way. If you get an appointment with her, you see her. Of course, if you are calling and she is not able to take you that day or her schedule doesn't permit, you see a partner in the system. Again, my husband and I have both had super care. I had a neck fusion and he had 2 knees replaced. Both of us had great care and no nonsense. Reality dictates that, unless solo or 1 to 2 partners, you may have to see other docs sometimes. However, Dr. Giovanelli is OUR PRIMARY doc and ALWAYS follows up with us. She cares. The staff is also wonderful.

I like Dr. Ana Karovska with Premier Medical. Not thrilled with dealing with Premier but really like her. Since going to her luckily I haven't had any serious medical issues to deal with.

I had Jane Cai when we first moved here. There were a number of things that forced me to move on. I had an appointment with her and was called by her office staff who asked if I could come in 1/2 hour early. No problem, I was there 45 minutes early. While I was there, food was brought in and taken to the back. No one at the desk, no one to ask my name, no one for me to ask, "how much longer?". But I could hear them in the back, laughing and talking. I could hear Dr Cai's voice. After 2 hours, she came out and called my name. I went in to an interior exam room. Never an apology, not a word. I was seething since she wasn't called away on an emergency. Then she says, "Let me listen to your heart." The stethoscope never touched my chest but just made an air circle around my body. I never said anything to her either. Word of mouth is more powerful than complaints. She is a woman but there must be others who are better doctors.
