I am typing this without having read the ones posted before me. I am sure there is the predictable rant by Don Baldwin, the sage reply by Rubicon and some other things that would have spiked my blood pressure.

I do not think that I have seen much in my life that disturbed me more, angered me, saddened me and frightened me more that this segment.

There are no words to describe how the total lack of feeling for another's real distress made me overwhelmed with shock.

I don't understand. I don't know what or whom to blame. I don't know how all of these people could be sociopaths but they seem to have no connection at all to another human. They are holding a phone and could have called 911 even if they would not risk their lives. What is worse is their obvious amusement at the death of another human.
