Whats being built near McAlisters in Brownwood?

I did search for this, but what's is being built near McAlister's in Brownwood? Anybody know?

The Villages offices that are currently upstairs at LSL near Starbucks are moving into a new building on that lot. Two floors, 14,000 sq ft on each floor. Not sure if the ground floor will be offices or retail (they probably don't need more retail space for a while :icon_wink:).

Is the District moving or the Developer....since more development is being done down south maybe they want to be closer....of maybe both are moving.
